Ms Neha Pande is an assistant professor with over 12 years of experience teaching culturally diverse undergraduate students of Journalism and Mass Communication. She is adept at providing sound advice and social support to students, developing teaching material and effectively delivering course content as per the curriculum objectives and programme outcomes. A passionate educationist and keen researcher, who is interested in exploring ever-evolving global media narratives and human relations. A compulsive reader, an ardent theatre lover, a film and advertising enthusiast who loves to travel.

After working as Casual Newsreader (English) at All India Radio, New Delhi, she joined Laxmi Bai College, University of Delhi as Guest Lecturer. She then joined Madhubala Institute of Communication & Electronic Media (MBICEM) affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University as an Assistant Professor. During her association with MBICEM, she conducted several workshops like, “Workshop on Behavioral Change Communication for IEC Officers of the Ministry of Safe Drinking Water and Sanitation,” “Workshop on leveraging technology for BJ(MC) teaching fraternity, workshop on leveraging technology for B. Ed teachers at GGSIPU,” “Workshop for final year M.D. (Community Health Administration) and DHA students of the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare” and a “Workshop on magazine and tabloid making at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra.” She joined VIPS in July 2014 as an Assistant Professor, Vivekananda School of Journalism and Mass Communication and teaches Advertising, Public Relations & Event Management, Global Media, Digital Media Marketing, Print Journalism and Development Communication.
